Nathan Sawaya is a man with a dream, a child at heart and an artist who builds. With
LEGO. A former lawyer based in
Manhattan,
Sawaya is the creative mind behind the exhibition "
The Art Of The Brick", the world's One of the 13 certified
LEGO master builder, his exhibition showcases 3D models of landmarks, life-size figures, animals, sculptures and everyday objects built entirely out of standard
LEGO bricks. After winning a national contest in 2004, he went on to become a LEGO artist working on commissioned pieces and holding exhibitions all around the world; with the current touring exhibition at
Federation Square, Melbourne
