Dream Bricks

Nathan Sawaya is a man with a dream, a child at heart and an artist who builds. With LEGO. A former lawyer based in Manhattan, Sawaya is the creative mind behind the exhibition "The Art Of The Brick", the world's One of the 13 certified LEGO master builder, his exhibition showcases 3D models of landmarks, life-size figures, animals, sculptures and everyday objects built entirely out of standard LEGO bricks. After winning a national contest in 2004, he went on to become a LEGO artist working on commissioned pieces and holding exhibitions all around the world; with the current touring exhibition at Federation Square, Melbourne
