I'm not a serious history buff but I do like old photos and video footage. Call me nostalgic, but I find it interesting to see how people used to live in the past - the way they dress, what they eat, what they do and where they go. Like they say, a picture tells a million stories. Here are some "stories" from the colonial days of Singapore (1842-1959).
